It's been a great day at the bakery. Good business and good amount of production for us in here today. I finally have some reserve on hand for busy days and to fill some back orders.

Last night started out pretty good and ended pretty well, but in the middle was a good dose of crud. All I'm going to say is that I wish people would think a little more. Sometimes it seems that people are just plain ignorant, and in this ignorance, though perhaps blissful for them is an incredible ammount of dissapointment for those around them.

Anyway, other than going out last night, we also stopped downtown for some grub. K had her normal fare from Esperanto (dough boy and a twice baked potato) and I went across the street to the pickle barrel for a wrap. It was fantastic as always. Tomato herb wrap with chicken salad bacon, pickles, tomatos, onion, salt and pepper. Freaking great. We then headed home and watched some of the Tivo'd opening ceremony of the winter olympics.

I have to say that Bode Miller seems to be a bit of a loser, in the life sense of the word, not the competition aspect. Yeah, so he grew up without indoor plumbing, it doesn't mean you have to act like an ass to people interviewing you and trying to further your career.

I'm looking forward to my day off tomorrow. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and be just as beautiful as it was today, otherwise I'll probably just waste another day on the couch. Maybe I ought to be a little more proactive and get out no matter the weather. Do some photography or head down to a coffee shop downtown and sketch. We'll see. Tonight is up in the air as far as plans go. All I know is that the work day is almost over. **smile**
